The Brasserie of the Hotel Saint Laurans is your ‘rendez-vous’ in the heart of Aurignac. The menu offers a range of fresh snacks, traditional local dishes, light meals, with a daily chef’s special, and choice of pastries and deserts. On the terrace in front of the Hotel you can sit and watch the local life of this Canton town go by, in front of the magnificent backdrop of the Pyrenees.

The Restaurant of the Hotel Saint Laurans welcomes you in the heart of this old building, part stone, part timber frame, but tastefully restored to modern comforts, with open log fire in winter and views to the hills behind the village. The menu offers a wide range of tastes based on traditional cooking, but with the distinctive style and presentation of our chef, featuring the best recipes of the region as well as international dishes. The wine list features the best of the wines of the south-west, as well as a selection from other French and Spanish vineyards. For those long summer days there is an interior courtyard garden where you can take a quiet breakfast, find a shady corner for an aperitif, or dine under the stars at night.
